On April 14 at 5pm, the second COOLtoRISE in-person training lesson will be held in Parma.
The lecture will be conducted by Andrea Panzavolta – Formattiva communication expert and founder. Formattiva is a project focused on non-violent communication and teamwork through some of the most innovative techniques of involvement, participation, and mediation.
The lesson will be attended by the householders of the involved buildings, the Municipality of Parma, Aisfor, ACER and ATES.
The objective of the lesson is to provide specific communication tools and techniques necessary to communicate, in a direct and effective way, with the most energy-vulnerable tenants on specific issues such as energy poverty and energy efficiency measures.
